General:
They are funny and very aggressive.Queens are very productive and are a beautiful addition to your collection.
Food:
These ants have a very varied diet and will eat most foods eg crickets, mealworms, sugar water and honey If you feed insects from the wild freeze or boil these insects to sterilize them. Skipping this step can introduce mites to your colony.
Humidity:
they do well with somewhat high humidity but more experimentation needs to be done with them.If kept in a nest remember to water once or twice a week
Temperature:
they prefer 25-28c
Hibernation:
they don’t require a diapause
Sting/bite:
like all Crematogaster,they have a modified stinger used to spray venom.
